But, we do have the ability to decide not to do some things.
Think about one or two caregiving tasks that you really hate to do.
Maybe you don’t like cooking all the time. OR possibly your spouse is bed bound and it’s really hard for you to give them a bath.
Find the thing that makes you feel like crying when you know you have to do it soon.
It’s ok.
We all have that thing.
And it’s ok to not do it all. It doesn’t make you a bad person. It doesn’t mean that you are giving up or weak if you ask for help!!
