“Take care of yourself”. You’ve heard those words before.
“Take care of yourself so you can continue to care for your loved one”
What do you feel when you hear that? Anger? Frustration? Acceptance?
Usually someone you love tells you this because they sense you need it. Or maybe they’ve said it because they’ve heard it somewhere. It’s not the reason why someone says it but the mood you are in when you hear it being said.

Listen to this episode to hear about how I felt when I was told to take care of myself and a tool I found to use.
